Upon arriving at Racha Kiri Resort & Spa, I was greeted by a stunning view of the serene bay which immediately set the stage for a relaxing getaway. the climb up the hillside to my room was worth every step for the breathtaking panorama from my balcony. the breakfast spread was decent but somewhat lacking in variety, a slight disappointment for a food enthusiast like myself. However, my culinary highlight came from dining at Khanapnum Restaurant. the poolside setting added charm to the dining experience, but what truly impressed me were the inventive dishes that showcased a blend of Thai flavors with a modern twist. Despite the breakfast's simplicity, Khanapnum's a la carte menu surprised my taste buds with its unique culinary creations, making each meal a delightful journey of flavors. In summary, while some aspects of my stay were underwhelming, the culinary innovation at Khanapnum Restaurant truly shone, making it a must-visit for any discerning food lover seeking a touch of Thai flair.
